Help us reproduce the issue
Include your device model, OS version, app version and build number, steps, expected result and actual result. Redacted screenshots can help. Do not send passwords, session links, private scores or student information. TestFlight testers can also use the feedback option in TestFlight.
Get started
In the library choose New score, open a built-in staff-paper template, enter a title and create it to try reading, annotations, saving and reopening without an account or private file. You can also choose Import score → Open files for a PDF you are authorized to use. Teaching offers local student and schedule workspaces; recipients still need to import exported files.
Save and recover
Wait for saving to finish, return to the library and reopen the score to confirm your annotations. Export important scores and complete backups before updating. Try recovery with test data first. If something goes wrong, preserve original files and backups instead of repeatedly overwriting them.
Permissions and beta access
Photography, practice recordings, teaching voice feedback, live tuning, nearby sessions, and local practice or lesson reminders request permission only when you choose the feature. Manage access in system settings and review notification previews and quiet hours. Local reminders do not remotely notify students. Join the iOS and iPadOS beta through this website's TestFlight invitation; available builds and installation eligibility are shown in TestFlight.
