Version and feature scope
Available features depend on your installed version, supported system and enabled services. Website scenario images are labeled illustrations, not hardware certification, customer endorsements or guarantees of unreleased features. TestFlight eligibility and builds depend on a valid invitation and platform status; a beta invitation does not mean an official App Store version has launched.
Your scores and content rights
You retain rights you hold in scores, annotations, recordings and other content. Import, record, download or share only material you have permission to use, including any required permission for other people’s recordings or personal information. Using the app grants no rights to third-party scores; public availability does not establish permission in every region. Do not use the service to infringe rights, distribute unlawful content or interfere with others.
Saving, backups and performances
Keep original scores and independent backups of important annotations, practice and teaching data. Local saving, file export, server confirmation and another device's receipt are different states. Check recipients and included information before sharing; switching teaching workspaces does not isolate identities on shared devices. Test performance workflows, accessories and reminders beforehand, and keep an appropriate reading alternative. Unexpected errors may cause interruptions or data loss.
Third-party services and devices
IMSLP, system file providers, your WebDAV or compatible sync server, configured cloud services and TestFlight are operated by their respective providers. Their terms, content rights and availability apply. Connecting does not mean automatic sync; forgetting a local account does not revoke all provider access or delete remote files. Camera, stylus, MIDI, pedal and notification features depend on the system, permissions and hardware. Illustrations do not guarantee every model's compatibility.
Charges, licenses and feedback
The current version has no in-app purchase flow. Future pricing or paid features will be described separately; submitting feedback does not start a subscription. CantaVue-owned app, website and brand materials are protected by applicable rights; third-party and open-source materials retain their licenses. We may use voluntary suggestions to improve the product without taking ownership of private scores, recordings or attachments.
Responsibility, statutory rights and changes
We provide the app according to its current features without guaranteeing error-free operation on every device or in every situation. Any liability limitation applies only where permitted by law and does not exclude non-excludable liability or consumer rights.
